If you do open a support case, please include an issue key for an issue you think this user should have gotten an email notification for. Alternatively since your site is on a paid plan, you can also open a support case to have a second set of eyes on your configurations. It's possible the notification scheme isn't configured the way you expect, and the notification helper can show you why. Use the notification helper in Jira to confirm that Jira will actually trigger an email to this person for particular events on issues.They can try searching "in:all jira" to check all non-spam messages This particular user appears to be on a Gmail hosted domain, so have them specifically check the Spam folder in addition to any of the Updates/Social/etc tabs that Gmail users. Trello support answered me that its not supported: 'we do not currently have a way in the UI to select multiple cards at a time and take action on them.
